Synopsis (English):
In Corina, a 20-year-old woman confined by agoraphobia is thrust into motion by a mistake that jeopardizes her job. Set in the year 2000, the film charts her reluctant odyssey through the streets of her own neighborhood and through her fears. Guided by the unexpected kindness of a co-worker, Corina’s world begins to expand. Director Urzula Barba Hopfner delicately explores how isolation, when cracked open, can reveal the courage to connect and begin again.

I just got out of Highest 2 Lowest, and I'm sharing my initial thoughts in this movie reaction and review. I'm curious if Spike Lee, the director, will deliver another great film after many outings with Denzel. Check out my movie review of 2025's latest Apple TV Plus movie. When a titan music mogul (Denzel Washington), widely known as having the "best ears in the business", is targeted with a ransom plot, he is jammed up in a life-or-death moral dilemma. Brothers Denzel Washington and Spike Lee reunite for the 5th in their long working relationship for a reinterpretation of the great filmmaker Akira Kurosawa's crime thriller High and Low, now played out on the mean streets of modern day New York City.

The inspiration behind this video:
Since 2011's Ghost Protocol, in which Cruise scaled the Burj Khalifa, the Mission: Impossible franchise has been known for featuring increasingly daring stunts. With each installment, Cruise has taken it upon himself to up the ante, making the stunts more spectacular and dangerous, including Dead Reckoning's motorcycle jump off a cliff into a parachute landing. In The Final Reckoning, Cruise has raised the stakes once again, resulting in the most dangerous stunt he's ever attempted, which is appropriate considering this may be his last Mission: Impossible movie.
It's unclear what the stunt is in The Final Reckoning that "topped anything [Cruise] had ever done before," though audiences will definitely know it when they see it. However, McQuarrie did reveal that it was filmed in Africa. Cruise's biplane stunt, which has been the centerpiece of the marketing campaign so far, was filmed in the skies of South Africa. In the Super Bowl trailer, there are two separate biplane stunts, one with Cruise hanging onto the side of a red plane and dangling upside down from a yellow plane.
